Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the business partner in managing franchise operations which will include Car wash from designated washing station, taking pictures of the car and uploading pictures on shared drive
Create car ads on online platforms with a description that can make a good sales pitch
Create car supply using available resources for the franchise as and when required
Manage leads over the phone and convince customer to visit the franchise
Create a welcoming environment for customers when they visit the franchise
Upsell value added services such as Insurance, Warranty, Car finance, Tracker
Regularly interact with all relevant teams and skillfully build effective relationships.

Who are we looking for:

1 to 3 years of experience in franchise sales
Proven track record of customer services and coordination experience
Very fluent in using social media sites and basic computer programs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
At least a bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing/commerce
Auto industry knowledge will be an advantage.
