Job Description

Devise a plan to acquire and develop vendors and products to fuel an aggressive growth
Manage a large team of dealer managers and optimize their performance
Structure processes and implement them and constantly improve them
Devise and implement online and offline strategies to source and convert leads
Set up partnerships
Create and develop new dealers
Regularly communicate across departments and strategies for future growth opportunities

Key Requirements:

Proven ability to influence, motivate, and lead in a large organization
Prior experience in business operations at a high-growth organization
Personal obsession with detail, efficiency, and user experience
Highly adaptable and thrive in a rapidly changing, complex environment.
Strong interest in distribution channels and technology
Engaging entrepreneurial spirit blended with excellent analytical skills
Fluency in Urdu & English are a must; Other languages are a plus
Advanced degree from a top-ranked institution
Expected to be an independent, pro-active problem solver
