We are looking for the services of an "Assistant Manager Import Operations"

Candidates near P.E.C.H.S and with relevant experience will be preferred

Responsibilities

Email coordination with Local/International agents from till the end.
Managing monthly shipments planner and reconciling with Upper Management.
Running inquiries for getting rates for shipment from Local/International agents and create analysis reports to share with Upper Management.
Checking Airway Bills / Sea BL and proceeding.
Opening and closing files.
Update clients on consignment proceedings.
Getting debit notes from Local/International.
Fully understand and properly monitor all operational aspects of the Air and Ocean Import department.
Allocate workloads within the team to ensure smooth operations during peak activity or staff absence.
Work with the manager to ensure operational standards and customer service is at a premium in the marketplace.
Assist the sales team with pricing, and bid responses where necessary.

Requirements

Minimum Graduate.
Must have 5 to 6 years of experience in Freight Forwarding.
Good Email correspondence and communication skills.
Computer efficiency is a must.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel & Outlook.
Good English speaking and writing skills.
Problem Solving and Positive attitude towards every situation.
Must have your own convenience.
