We are looking for the services of an "Assistant Sales Manager"

Candidates near P.E.C.H.S and with relevant experience will be preferred

Job Description

Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
Maintaining client records.
Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
Promote specific products as directed by the Manager.
Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend the customer lifetime value
Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback.

Job Specifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is advantageous.
Proven experience in sales and customer service.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Minimum has 5 to 6 years of experience in relevant field.
