We require Customer Sales Representative/ CSR for our company.

  Job Description

  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer and forward calls, providing information, taking messages, scheduling appointments and answering the queries.
  • Collect, sort, distribute and prepare courier deliveries.
  • Greet and welcome the guests, determine purpose of visit.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars.
  • Transmit information or documents using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials and maintain reception area.
  • Maintain records and files or any other administrative support, when needed.
  • Create an effective communication channel with customers, vendors, courier and all other stake holders involved in efficient completion of the order Build company's goodwill reputation by soliciting positive feedback from customers
  • Resolve any negative feedback with customer or the marketplace to the extent of successful feedback removal
  • Providing pre-sales support to customers by identifying the appropriate product, verifying its availability and shipping timelines, and guiding customers with placing the order
  • Assisting customers with any query regarding the order including but not limited to, shipping timelines, timely delivery, returns and refunds Ensuring successful and timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Identifying problemetic orders early in the supply chain and working customers and order management team for their resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, both in english and urdu
  • Technically proficient in using mordern day office productivity tools
  • Ability to follow through and close open cases while managing day to day activities

Responsibilities:

·         Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts

·         Answer questions about products or the company

·         Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

·         Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

·         Enter and update customer information in the database

·         Take and process orders in an accurate manner

·         Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

·         Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

·         Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

·         Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

·         Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

·         Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

·         Excellent knowledge of English

·         Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
