Job Description

- A strong understanding of backup and recovery processes and applications.
- Performance/Availability/Capacity/Security monitoring and maintenance of server systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Server 2008/2012
- Determine requirements, plan, and implement major product upgrades. Design presentations to management concerning technical issues and upgrades
- Provide technical support
- Ms Exchange 2010/13/16 Skype Business and other mail exchangers
- Strong knowledge of CCTV and Web Server Securities
- Analyze service incidents and problems, identify risks, provide recommendations, and implement solutions
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and server infrastructure policies.
- Knowledge of Data base management system.
- Perform daily monitoring, maintenance, upgrades and backup of Windows server domain.
- Assist users and provide Macbooks, PC, laptop, printer and network break support.
- VPNs, LAN, WAN, P2P Networking, Database / Storage management, Windows Environment Securities & backups
- Manage network operations. Installed and maintained all equipment
- Preventing any illegal activity on user end.
- Maintaing the security of the IT environment.
- Administration of firewall, switches and routers.
- Maintain Physical connectivity LAN and Wireless Connectivity WAN.
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
- Monitor IT Hardware performance
- Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications or virus protection software.
- Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.

SETUP & MAINTENANCE OF NETWORKS

- LAN Network
- WAN Network
- Router
- Proxy Server
Network Administration:
- Should be skilled in doing any task related to Network administration
- Installation of any new devices and their confrigrations.
Security Camers and Records:
- Must be well versed with the instation and function of the secruty and suvallence systems.
ERP and Microsoft Excell Skills:
- Should have good knowledge of ERP implementation.
- Should have worked in an ERP environment.
- Must be excellent with micro soft excell.
