Corporate Daycare is looking for Experienced Female Quality Assurance Manager. The candidate must have Bachelors/Master’s degree with at least 8-10 years of work experience at senior school coordinators level. Candidate must be Lahore base.

The person will be responsible for:

Overall Punjab centers supervision & monitoring.
Conduct and monitor staff trainings at all centers in region.
To look after day to day operations of daycares.
Ensure proper and complete documentation.
Review administrators’ work plan and send feedback.
Review mentoring updates of center and send feedback.
Review weekly training updates and send feedback.
Check and monitor all center level inspection reports.
Parent feedback summaries and meetings.
Develop yearly Master training, PTM, and Quarterly inspection calendars.
Asuure Quality standards in cenetrs

Skills

Excellent parental dealing skill
Analytical and analysis skills
Staff management skills and experience
Good verbal and written communication skills

Note: This post requires inter regional travelling for covering all centers in Punjab
