We are urgently looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute to generating leads for our company. You will be responsible for generating leads over the phone and maintaining a good customer relationship for our PAK campaign.An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills with good command of cold calling. They must be comfortable presenting our services over the phone in English/Urdu.

Working Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM ( Monday - Friday )Location: Islamabad.

Job Description

Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential prospects
Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information

Job Requirements

Proficient in native speaking( English, Urdu)
Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all-day
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly
Self-motivated and self-directed
In-depth understanding of company services and their position in the industry
Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
