He should have skills in engineering and should have knowledge of deep drawing aluminum. production Workhop with 100+ skilled and semi skilled workers.
The following basic skills will be required of the candidate.
The candidate should have managerial skills to effectively manage the workforce.
He should be able to plan for optimum ordering of material and its utilization on the work process to meet schedules.
He should be able to coordinate with the sales force, and have effective communication skills to do so.
He should have basic computer skills.
The candidate will be using own transport to reach the office.
