Job Purpose: She will be responsible for field and center level motivational, interaction, information sharing and reintegration activities in project scope

Involve in awareness campaigns and regular stakeholders meetings
Motivate and encourage
Carry out center level and outreach activities as planned in the project to develop feeling of ownership among the beneficiaries
Report regularly to Center In-charge
Write daily diary regarding feild work
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by Center In-charge as per requirement

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Minimum Bachelors/Masters degree in social/development studies
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in working with children in difficult situations
Working knowledge of child rights is preferred
