OVERALL DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Sales Executive to contribute to the overall marketing efforts of the company across multiple platforms and formats to drive engagement, client acquisition and client retention via effective communication.

Job Responsibilities:

Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
Following up on leads generated by our website
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
Gathering market and customer information;
Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
Gaining a clear understanding of customers' requirements;
Reporting daily on the progress

Qualifications:

1 year of experience as a Sales Executive
Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and capable of working effectively within a team
Have a good understanding of the marketing principles and excellent project management skills
An ambitious and hardworking team player, who is results driven and has a natural competitiveness
Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, dynamic and deadline oriented environment
Must be entrepreneurial, bright, articulate and able to challenge management to think beyond conventional wisdom within the current business paradigm
Must have demonstrated ability to be a strategic thinker
Have a good understanding of the marketing principles
