Responsibilities

Responsible for doing/overseeing financial modelling, valuation, information memoranda and related services.
Plan, prepare and review deliverables in various forms including excel data books, written reports, presentations and discussions with the client.
Plan and monitor the progress of the team
Effectively write and communicate engagement reports and deliverables to client management.
Prepare and track the initial and follow up documentation request lists along with the Associate/Analyst
Assist in identifying deal issues and other adjustments impacting the deal execution

Requirements

Experience: 2-4 Years of Experience in Corporate Finance/Deals/Transaction Advisory in Big 4, Investment Banking Department of Bank, Brokerage Firm or Advisory firm

Education: BBA/BS/ACCA/MBA/CFA
