• Establish and deepen relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and providing exemplary support as their primary contact with Cedar Financial.

• Communicate frequently with clients on updates, information, concerns, and suggestions through emails.

• Serve as the customer's voice within Cedar, including product, marketing, professional services, and sales.

• Proactively anticipate customer needs and identify any potential issues.

• Assist with the creation and delivery of department and client communications.

• Maintaining different reports on a monthly basis as per procedures and email them to clients.

• Requesting documents and information from clients related to the accounts listed with Cedar.
