CEMTECH is looking for Sourcing Specilist with proficiency in English Language & strong negotiation and communication skills, willing to work from home.

1-2 years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement, preferably in engineering companies.

Mainly would be engaged with US/European/Chinese suppliers/manufacturers via emails/whatsapp etc and negotiate to accept our terms as per our business model.

Desired Characteristics;

Broad understanding of procuring/sourcing technologies.
Strong written communication skills.
Have shown results in terms of reduced costs and better services from suppliers on the basis of negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal & motivational skills
Build strong relationships with suppliers.
