Chat Support - Night Shift!
Looking for an ideal candidate who loves interacting with people and proactively solving issues. He will be responsible for responding to customers queries in a respectable and efficient manner. Responsibilities
-Communicate with customers via email/chat
-Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
-Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
-Must be willing to work in the Night/Rotating Shifts.
Qualifications
-6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
-Excellent typing speed and interpersonal skills
-Good command on English Language
-Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
