· Assist in training of field team

· Manage the team of field assistants and monitor their daily field activity and data collection process including spot checks for monitoring

· Ensure the team has set up video and audio equipment as per schedule in schools

· Ensure that recordings for every classroom are uploaded and saved accurately by the field team in the instructed format at the end of the day

· Oversee field team is maintaining information in their daily activity log sheet

· Manage coordination of field team with office team

· Write field reports and send timely and accurate data to CERP

· Assist the team in meeting logistical needs including but not limited to arranging transport for the team, booking of venues for interviews, and taking care of other administrative tasks

· Any other tasks assigned by the principal reporting point(s)
