Tasks & responsibilities

Support in planning activities.
Collect data from Community and prepare regular reports on activities.
Coordinate with construction field staff to ensure that the various aspects of the DRM Program are integrated.
Respect security rules.
Support in planning and participate in baseline assessments, KAP Surveys and PCVA in the targeted areas.
Develop IEC materials for CBDRM Trainings and formal awareness sessions.
Prepare trainings modules and manuals for CBDRM trainings and DRR formal awareness sessions
Arrange, manage and conduct CBDRM trainings in the targeted communities.
Arrange, manage and conduct DRR formal awareness sessions.
Ensure that action is taken to mitigate, prevent, and prepare the population to reduce the vulnerability to disasters.
Ensure and help plan appropriate community involvement in the essential DRM activities.
Perform other work - related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
