Duties, Accountability and Responsibilities:

Answering a heavy call volume.
Coordinating routes.
Fill reservations and requests.
Assist customers with reservations/vehicle locations.
Ensure smooth running of daily dispatch activity.
Provide chauffeurs with full support as they need it.
Liaison between the chauffeur and client.
Driver time recording.
Track movement and whereabouts of vehicles/chauffeurs.
Communicate and update ride statuses on outsourced rides ( dispatched, confirmed, on location, passenger on board, and drop time)
Quality control of reservations for next day (errors, stops, services, additional passengers, special instructions important to chauffeur/dispatch/client, etc.)
Meet and exceed personal/team targets.
Other duties as assigned by your direct report.
