Post graduation or graduation in business administration with marketing knowledge.
3-4 years of relevant experience in sales and business development.
Excellent command of English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight datelines.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Able to manage multiple projects at the same time and able to work under tight deadlines.
Good project management skills.
High level of initiative – a strong self-starter.
High work ethic & target oriented.
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

Job responsibilities

Understand and comprehend possible potential customers.
Develop new prospects of business and create awareness; multi-national companies, consultants, councils, organizations.
Visit and present architects/designers office (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad)
Developer dealers (Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Quetta)
Prepare sales forecast reports
Propose social media campaigns
Propose innovative and creative marketing strategies.
Network, analyze and tap new high end projects; Commercial, Institutional and Residential.
