The Call Center Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding the customer journey, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You will be responsible for building customer rapport and achieve customer trust and satisfaction. A competitive, sales-driven personality along with great listening skills to understand the customer's wants and needs. The ability to cross-sell/ upsell additional products and services to achieve maximum sales potential. Experience in selling Soft or Durable Goods is necessary with Durable Goods preferred.

Responsibilities:

Communicating with inbound calling customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Ability to sell, promote products and services while providing professional and courteous customer service.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Maintaining database (NetSuite, Zendesk CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
Work independently and as part of a team!
Ability to communicate through multiple channels (Phone, Email, Text); sometimes simultaneously.
Communicate with online/inbound customers as inquiries come up to identify needs and areas of opportunity.
Knowledge and execution of sales process from initiation to close
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Staying informed about competing products and services.
Upselling and Cross-Selling products and services.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
