We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to streamline our business operations. The ideal candidate will be expected to:

Review construction plans and prepare quantity requirements.

Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.

Scrutinize maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.

Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors and verify costing reports/ bills of materials through detailed drawings.

Possess detailed knowledge of past and current building and construction technology, processes, materials, business, and legal matters.

Responsibilities:

Forecast & prepare project costing of the different materials needed for the project such as materials, quantities, labor, and time.

Prepare tender documents, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.

Conduct verification of Bills and track changes to the design & construction work, while adjusting budget projections accordingly.

Must be able to read, review, interpret and modify existing building plans.

Perform risk, value management and cost control during construction.

Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.

Perform risk, value management and cost control during construction.

Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies to ensure their proposals will work.

Requirements:

Proven experience of 10-15 years in the Property Development & Construction Industry working on high-rise buildings.

BSc in Civil Engineering from a reputable institute.

Good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and 2D/3D work.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
