Chaplet International PVT Limited is searching for a candidate who can perform the following tasks,

  1. Oversee the operations of the Accounting Department.
  2. Supervise Account Department staff, including Accountants, Accounting Assistants, Accounting Clerks, and Bookkeepers.
  3. Direct dealing with bank on different issues such as (Cash inflow outflow, Bank Reconciliation Statement.
  4. Management of accounts, reporting, account payable, account receivable, inventory and banking.
  5. Check and verify Petty expenses.
  6. Establish accounting systems and enforce policies and procedures.
  7. Knows how to operate SAP Financial Module.
  8. Process company financial data and run last reconciliations.
  9. Provide strategic analysis on company financials.
  10. Develop forecast planning.
  11. Produce financial statements and reports.
  12. Supervision of Internal Stock portfolios and audits.
  13. Ensuring compliance of income tax and sales tax (FBR & Provincial) laws along with timely filling of monthly & annual tax returns affairs.
  14. Pre-Audit of Payments, Salary, Party Payments etc.
