Chaplet International is a progressive company which receives different projects from around the world. For the upcoming projects, Chaplet is looking for a candidate who is done with his/her Bachelors/Master in Management Sciences. The candidate should be talented to construct project plans, make proper teams, give technical assistance and line up the work for the people working under him/her.

The Key Responsibilities for the candidate would be as follows,

Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department
Work with the Director to coordinate and supervise daily operations
Monitor attainment of objectives
Undertake staffing responsibilities like training, evaluating etc
Planning and maintaining schedules of the events
Create ongoing project reports and submit them to the Director or other executives
Fulfill duties as assigned by the Director
Delegating duties to employees to complete projects, streamline day-to-day activities, or meet new objectives
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document need
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored
Works with developers and designers to define and document questions, liaise with business via email, IM or phone to get new requirements and explain feasibility
Searching and sourcing of the products required for the project
Creating weekly or monthly schedules for employees
Attending or leading department meetings to assess progress with projects
Participating in strategic planning with the department Director
Giving presentations to employees to educate them on new initiatives, procedures, or projects
Arranging, managing and keeping records all of the files and documents
