Live Chat Global is looking for 2 bilingual (German/English) individuals to join our team at the Lahore office for the role of customer support representative.

German language Level: B1 as bare minimum.

This role will require the representatives to answer incoming cases via phone, email, or chat.
Although strong technical abilities are needed, agents will be navigating multiple systems to find the answers.
This is not a typical call center that is scripted.
Candidates must be flexible and think outside of the box! This opportunity will involve problem solving, critical thinking, and working with others on a daily basis.
Additionally, this opportunity will help the candidates hone their German language skills as they will be speaking with native Germans on a daily basis.
