One of our lahore based client in Textile Sector is looking to hire CFO and below is the JD for the same:
The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for managing the company’s financial affairs including preparation of budgets, allocation of financial resources, setting up of accounting systems, financial reporting and management of financial risks.
Must-have experience in the following domains
· Dealing with the Banks / Credit Lines
· Equity Finance/ Debt Finance
· Hands-On Experience in Implementation and development of Oracle/ERP
· Managing Custom Operations, Import / Export & LCs
· Handling the taxation operations, SROs & FBR
· Costing, Budgeting, Payroll Management (Including Piece Rate)
· EOBI/Social Security
Responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer
· Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
· Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team
· Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
· Advising on long-term business and financial planning
· Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
· Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company
· Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs
· Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner
· Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained
· Support the Directors with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans
· Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments
· Coordinate and produce all tax documentation and matter related to SROs and FBR
· Reviewing all formal finance
***Working in a Spinning sector on senior management role in the field of Finance for at least 5 years is mandatory and currently working as CFO in textile sector will be preferred.
