Responsible for all security operations for Project across Pakistan
Plan, develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
Make budgets for security operations and monitor expenses and documentation processes.
Gather security intelligence and implement preventative measures.
Supervise all security officers and guards.
Develop work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor performance of all security staff.
Plan and execute security operations for specific/high-risk events at site.
Coordinate with site staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.
Order security-related supplies and equipment as needed.
Create reports for management on security status and advise management on security issues.
Ensure that discipline is managed at Site.
