Commercial Responsibilities:-
1) Develop, operate and maintain commercial systems and procedures that will meet the needs of the organization
2) Support business team by evaluating the projects revenue and cost breakdown and provide summary for HQ’s risk evaluation form an OA approval processes.
3) Ensure the completion and submission of Statutory, Government and Industry requested statistical data. Provide required information and cooperate with tax agent for compliance.
4) Liaise with various departments of local and headquarter offices; Liaise with external business partners and government authorities.
5) Provide high quality and timely advice and reports to the management.
6) Maintain monthly Sales and WHT TAX compliances in individual state and provide the summary report to HQ for yearend audit and CIT submission.
7) Coordinate to ensure all business records to be correctly recorded in ERP system and reported to tax authority.
8) Coordinate with HQ to ensure all the compliances matters for CT Pakistan are in place including accounting reporting, invoice legitimacy, audit and tax matters.
9) Handle the Pakistan local withholding tax and answering tax enquires, to ensure compliance with tax, statutory and auditing requirements in Pakistan;
10) Responsible for the whole office staff payment scanning and post the Reimbursement No. and related attachment to filing manager in Shenzhen office;
11) Train the employees and ensure daily payment applications are processed in compliance of policies and procedures;
12) Provide support treasury activities, maintain relationship with local banks, handle local bank receiving & payment processing;
13) Handle asset management, to assist headquarter to preform asset physical inspection;
14) Perform other ad hoc duties when required.
