Now CES is currently working with Chinese investors on the contract planting, management and buy back of chili products project.

Job description:

Lead the project, find the contract planting partner, and be responsible for the communication and coordination between the Chinese technical team and the Pakistani contract grower, monitor the chili growth and processing according to the standard, supervise the contract grower to harvest the chili according to the requirements, process the products and buy back the products in accordance with the provisions of the contract.

Application requirements:

Major in agriculture, bachelor degree or above.
Aspiring people who have strong experience in agricultural practice and management, have advantages in organization, communication, coordination and leadership, have deep feelings for agriculture, and can cultivate deeply and seek common development in the agricultural industry.
Proficient in computer office software, English and Urdu speaker.
Have a strong sense of responsibility, proactive work style, coordination ability, and the conditions for traveling to visit the farm base.
More than 5 years relevant working experience.
Experience in contract planting management is preferred.
