Responsibilities:

Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
Install, configure, and update software applications, operating systems, and security patches.
Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place and working effectively.
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and other network devices.
Implement and maintain security measures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other cyber security threats.
Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
Manage user accounts and permissions for access to network resources and applications.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, system diagrams, and policies and procedures.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend new solutions to improve IT infrastructure and processes.
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to understand and address their technology needs and requirements.
Manage vendor relationships for hardware and software procurement and support.
Develop and conduct training programs to educate employees on IT best practices and technologies

Skills / Requirements:

Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems.
Proficiency in programming languages and software development methodologies.
Experience with system administration, network management, and cyber security practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end-users and other stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address complex technical challenges.
Experience with project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
