The candidate would be expected to work in a team of highly skilled individuals and should have the following skills:
The desire to hunt and succeed in sales.

Has excellent people's skills- Confidence you have the following skills or believe you have the personality to develop these then you are strongly encouraged to apply for this position.The following will be the job description for the position:
Work in the luxury construction sector.
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders and high profile clients

Key account management

work in close coordination with the display sales team and the corporate sales team.
Generate customer leads through architects and corporate network, establish their needs and wants and give them a guide price of their dream kitchen/wardrobe.
Guide them through the design process and demonstrate why customers choose Chughtaiz.
Book customer appointments for home measures & design consultations-Listen and capture customer requirements to ensure the design meets or exceeds expectations
Help Generate inspirational designs from customer requirements using our purpose built 3D CAD software
Confirm all details with customers prior to delivery and gain their sign off using our customer charters & contracts to ensure errors are minimized
Explain key documents to customers so they are clear on what they are receiving as part of their purchase-Follow up on customer inquiries
Adherence to compliance processes as directed by the Corporate Manager
Maintain a kitchen order bank to ensure customers are communicated with and deliveries are booked on time
