To answer all inbound- outbound calls.
To take account of all inbound and outbound posts and parcels.
To communicate efficiently and courteously with customers and other stakeholders of the company via telephone, emails, face to face.
To handle all customer complaints and channelize them to the right department; which may be complex or long-standing problems that customer service assistants have passed on.
To ensure all customer complaints are resolved within the minimum time frame.
To inform clients about the repair and maintenance charges; where applicable.
To write and present customer feedback, customer complaint rectification, delivery and installation and other reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for CEO and all Directors.
To assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
To develop and maintain a filing system
To place timely orders for office supplies and stationary.
To handle multiple projects.
To assist and report directly to the Director Operations.
To assist the team members when required
