Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience
Three or more years experience with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
Experience With Imports
Experience with tax returns
Prior experience working in Accounting field
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent MINIMUM

Critical Skills/Expertise:

Fluency in English Language
Excellent project management skills, including collaborative communication, organization, prioritization, time management, and conflict resolution
Proven problem-solving and analytical orientation with the ability to identify root cause, develop recommendations, and influence others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate technical and other findings across organizational levels
Aptitude for juggling competing priorities and functioning effectively under deadline pressures with multiple project requirements
Strong understanding of accounting workflows
Results oriented, while respecting people and maintaining integrity without compromise
