Handling all Inbound-outbound calls of the organization.
Communicating courteously with customers via telephone, email, letter and face to face ;
Handling customers complaint’s; Investigating and solving customers’ problems which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants.
Track deliveries, installation schedules, and communicate those to the customers
Complaint handling of appliances, and rectifying the complaints
Making regular reports, analyzing the customer service
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for CEO and Directors.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Order office supplies
Handle multiple projects and assist Directors on various office tasks.
To keep assist the team members
Always looking with new ideas for performance improvement
Keep meet the company prevailing SOP’s
MUST have sound knowledge and experience of working on Microsoft Excel.
