Chughtaiz Pvt. Ltd. is a well-respected executive firm focused on permanent placement, is currently looking for a permanent/direct hire Import Executive for our Procurement Department in Lahore with following Job details:

Candidate will report to the Procurement Manager and will manage day to day imports activities, maintain and update import record, meeting standard operating procedures, and other assigned tasks. This is a role that will require you to work on your assign duties with the expectation of high standards.

Major Job Responsibilities:

-Liasding with the Warehouse, Sales and other relevant departments to determine items to order

-Request for performa invoices from overseas suppliers

-processing of overseas purchase orders

-Placing of orders with suppliers from overseas

-Preparation of Marine insurance covers

-Processing of payments for suppliers

-Preparation of Letters of Credit

-Preparation of EIF

-Expediting/rouine follow-up on status of goods to ensure that suppliers meet delivery promises

-Tracking of incoming shipments

-Liasing with clearing agents on cargo clearance with customs

-Any other duty that may be assigned by the management

Skills Required:

· -Proven working experience

-Thoroughness

-Analytical Skill

-Ability to work as part of the team
