Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to create high-quality real-time architectural visualizations using Unreal Engine.
Develop and optimize 3D models, textures, materials, and lighting to achieve realistic and aesthetically pleasing results.
Create and implement interactive features and walkthroughs for clients and stakeholders to explore and experience the spaces in real-time.
Collaborate with the team to integrate the visualizations into VR/AR applications and other presentation platforms.
Continuously research and explore new techniques, tools, and best practices to improve the quality and efficiency of our work.
Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating the progress and vision of the visualizations.
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience as an Unreal Artist, with a strong focus on metaverse.
Advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine, including Blueprints, materials, lighting, and optimization techniques.
Proficiency in 3D modeling and texturing software, such as 3ds Max, Maya, or Blender.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles and ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and plans.
Excellent artistic and visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for composition, color, and lighting.
Experience with VR/AR applications and platforms is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
