Responsibilities:

Partner with business and design teams to ensure curriculum objectives are met throughout the development process
Work closely with business on requirement analysis
Convert business requirements into Epics, Stories and tasks
Work with project manager in release planning
Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog
Involve the team in technical grooming meetings
Define sprints with product owner and execute sprints.
Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Establishing an environment where the team can be effective
Ensuring a good relationship between the team and product owner as well as others outside the team
Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
Create architecture and design for Web Applications and Services
Develop frameworks, libraries and modules that are used by other teams
Producing code using .NET languages (C#.Net, Asp.Net)
Implement frontend applications using Angular 2/4 and Asp.Net MVC
Upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems
Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
Test and deploy applications and systems
Revise, update, refactor and debug code
Improve existing software
Work closely with team throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to develop documentation
Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.

Requirements:

Software degree with minimum 6 years of coding experience
Proven experience on C#.Net, Asp.Net, SQL Server and Entity Framework
Experience of developing frontend applications using Angular 2/4
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap
Strong understanding of different architectural patterns and principles (Repository, Dependancy Injection, Unit of Work, SOLID)
Good understanding of architecture styles/APIs (REST, SOAP)
Good understanding of web application deployment and configurations
Very good communication verbal and written communication skills
Understands Scrum Framework (ceremonies, backlog, roles, purpose, agile manifesto)
Understands the Software Development Life Cycle and release management
Ability to efficiently coordinate teams efforts within an Agile Release Train
Advanced backlog management at the product and program level (priorities framework, MVP, business value)
Portfolio Planning and managing dependencies
Contribute to create a positive team spirit environment
Ability to Coach teams and individuals in regards to their Scrum practices

Good to have:

Understanding of Domain Driven Design
Understanding of Microsoft Windows Azure platform and services
Understanding of Continuous Integration and Deployment process
