Cipher Networks Ltd, today led by two partners is a new Start-Up based in London, United Kingdom (UK). The company’s vision is to provide customers with a leading edge SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) and Network Managed Services.

We are now looking to expand the team further with highly skilled team who will provide the expertise required to grow the company further.

Role & Responsibilities

In this role you will be the primary web/graphic designer tasked with designing the company website as well as the development of relevant graphics. You will also be required to develop key sites for demos and secure customer login areas. You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and have the ability to deliver ideally before deadlines. You should be able to work under immense pressure to meet delivery targets and willing to learn new skills and technologies within the web design area and beyond. Expertise in designing and creating mobile apps would be a serious advantage.

This role has a high level of responsibility and a lot is expected of the person who takes on this role as you will be the key person when it comes to Web and Graphic Design. This is a chance to really show your skill and grow with a company that is expanding. Travel to the UK may also be required.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Thorough knowledge of visual design principles; graphic design, layout, typography, colour, icon development, corporate identity and branding.
Extensive experience with design software such and proficient use of software. Proficient with use of Adobe Creative Suite CC/CS6: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
In-depth HTML4/5 and CSS3 knowledge.
Online portfolio of work samples for graphic design and web development projects.
It's Vital you have Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Self-motivation and good time management skills.

Desired Skills

Specialist digital marketing skills, including social media, email, responsive web.
Experience managing a CMS website like Wordpress and others
Advanced knowledge of HTML5/CSS3, PHP, MySQL, Microsoft SQL, JavaScript.
Video editing, including Adobe After Effects.
Ability to design and create mobile apps would be advantageous.
