We are a City Business Icons looking for smart and energetic Real Estate Development Officer candidates in our Wah Cantt Office, who will be responsible for selling residential and commercial ongoing projects for our real estate company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Organizing sales visits
Demonstrating and presenting sales products
Establishing a new business with investors
Handles potential investors.
Reviewing sales performance
Enhance Cliental base and deal with existing clients.
Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

Skills and Requirements;

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
2 or more years of relevant work experience.
Good knowledge about the real estate sector.
Excellent verbal communication skills with clients.
Knowledge of the sales process.
Great selling skills
The ability to meet clients, attend conferences, and research new markets as and when needed.
