Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers on the website chat. Convert them into sales leads.
Communicate with customers on call. Convert them into sales leads.
Follow up with qualified sales leads on a daily basis.
Conduct online live demos of our products.
Find and source products that we do not have a direct channel to procure.
Reach out to new manufacturers to onboard them.
Work with the marketing team efficiently to update and add content on the websites.

Qualities We Look For:

Excellent spoken and written English. Native accent is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
0 - 1 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
Experience of working on CRMs like Pipeline
Deals or Salesforce. Preferably Salesforce.
Self-starter. Drive to learn, and the ability to work with minimal supervision or training.
Creative minded with an ability to multi-task and answer questions on the spot.
