Please read carefully before you apply The IT Support Engineer must have an excellent understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology. They must possess superior technical aptitude, written and oral communications skills and the ability to deal effectively with people in a wide variety of situations. Additionally, they must possess strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability. Previous experience exercising high levels of initiative, judgment, and diplomacy required. Proven ability to operate in extreme high pressure situations, successfully handle multiple priorities and possess a high level of discipline while remaining flexible. Regular activities include (but not limited to) desktop software support, network troubleshooting, systems administration, SQL server installation, root cause analysis in problem solving, and assistance in managing the daily activities of the department. Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or related diploma or certifications

• 1 years related experience.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

• Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.

• Must effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

• Perform additional duties as assigned and work in other departments and branches as required.

• Ability to travel across the city to support remote users in other buildings as needed (personal conveyance required).
