We are looking for a motivated “Customer Support Representatives” to come join our agile team of professionals. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for:

Handling of inbound and outbound calls, communicating with customers through various channels
Serving customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
Recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
Generating leads that develop into new customers.
Record keeping of all conversations in database
Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports(Daily, Weekly or Monthly)

Requirements and skills:

2+ years of proven work experience as a CSR in an international call center
Strong time management
Clear communication and friendly empathetic attitude
Organized and meticulous
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
