We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our HR team as "HR Executive” in Evening Shift. Ideal Candidate needs to have:

Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy.
Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Assist in performance management processes
Hands on experience in managing daily operations of HR
Proactive & Self-driven approach
Ability to prioritize & take lead

Requirement:

Preferably experience of 2 years in HR
Experience in Manufacturing Company
