We are looking for someone to provide full secretarial / administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer to enable him to make the most effective and efficient use of his time.

This person will ensure the smooth running of secretarial and administrative matters.

The ideal candidate will have

Good general education,
Secretarial Experience,
Minute taking skills and ability to type fluently, accurately and quickly
Proof-reading skills,
Proven track record of experience in a similar position
Coordinate with all concerned departments as required, including Diary management, Organize and coordinate Senior Management meetings
Processing multi-currency expenses
Support the COO in the delivery of key projects and events
Prepare project documents and presentations using a variety of software packages -Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
