To prepare sale invoices, purchase invoices, cash requisites, and other documents for processing; and taking approval when necessary.
Knowledge of Accounting Data entries.
To ensure the timely and accurate posting, balancing, and reconciliation of the general ledger for the entity(s).
To reconcile ledger entries and do bank and cash reconciliations.
Ideal candidates must have 1-5 years of experience in the field of accounting.
Assist with financial and tax audits.
Knowledge of Sales Tax and Income Tax.
Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls.
Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
