Who We Are Looking For:

Accounts Manager / Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure recording of all Financial Transactions
Supervise reconciliation of Bank Statements on a weekly basis
Preparation of periodical trial balances and financial statements
Petty cash handling
Filing and Compliance of Monthly W.H. & Sale Tax Statements on FBR Website.
Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts reconciling variances; inputting data.
Supervising Inventory & Production Management
Supervising movement inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
Ability to scrutinize routine factory bills
Must be able to develop & implement cash flow & approval, procedures & policies
Managing a company's accounts payable and receivable
Coordinating with external auditor and consultants
Sending bills and invoices to clients
Tracking organization expenses
Processing refunds
Preparing client correspondence
Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
Assisting with other administrative functions as required.
Any other related tasks assigned by the management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

ACCA, ACMA, CA
5-6 years extensive experience as Accounts Manager
Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting software and procedures
Hands-on experience of implementation of accounting software, transferring of opening balances etc.
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
