To develop and lead assigned territories by handling retailers/customers to achieve assigned targets and implement sales strategy.
· Conduct market visits in assigned territories and prepare data base of retailers.
· Implement monthly unit wise / value wise target of assigned territories.
· Convert monthly targets into day wise targets and execute them to the assigned areas to ensure effective coverage at all outlets.
· Prepare and share Sales reports as per assigned territories and categories to analyze target and KPIs achievement accordingly.
· Conduct market visits to ensure effective coverage and productivity at all outlets in the defined universe, as well as to understand market dynamics and customer actions.
· Ensure timely delivery of products and recovery of payments from customers.
· Expand sales volume and increase customer base every month.
