Cobija industries looking for an HR Officer / Will be overseeing and managing the following duties:
- Updating and developing Payroll and wages
- Updating and developing Provident Fund
- Updating and developing EOBI
- Updating and developing Social Security
- Updating Employees Personal Files
- Employee relations by addressing issues such as grievances, demands or any other
- Managing a performance assessment system to get high performance results
- Updating, Analyzing, and developing the organization’s pay plan and benefits program
EXPERIENCE preferably in an Industrial,manufacturing or assembly unit.
- Computer proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook is needed,as well as knowledge of ERP database systems.
- We offer a competitive salary package.
