We are looking for an online bidder who will be responsible for managing the entire bid process. Be able to proactively assesses & understand client needs. Internally work with our team to understand the needs of the client and align the Proposal to precisely achieving their business goals.

The person must have:

Prior experience in software or Web Development Company.
Strong communication skills, i.e. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Must have Understanding of IT outsourcing business, in general and should preferably be from a technical background (IT Industry), with Knowledge of Popular Web Technologies used in Graphic Design, Web Design & Web Application Development.

(The selected individual however will need to work only on Upwork and Freelancer.com for us.)

Job Specification:

Generating lead/ business through online freelancing portal likes upwork, freelancer, etc.
Draft emails and proposals for projects
Excellent Communication Skills
Make cold calls for new business leads
Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites
Should be comfortable in client interaction
Candidates should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly or quartely targets.
Being fully responsible for the bids in scope, managing time and prioritizing accordingly.- Honesty, Dedication and Hardworking
Project Management Skills

Salary + Commission will be given to potential candidates.
