Codexters Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Executive / Online Bidding Expert with former experience of bidding for projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, People Per Hour, Guru, Freelancer, etc.
Responsibilities
Acquiring business through different channels (Upwork, Freelance, Guru, PeoplePerHour, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Elance etc.) for Web Development, App Development, Web/ Graphic Design, SEO and Social Media Marketing.
Prospecting on business platforms to explore business opportunities, by getting projects / making new clients for the company.
Searching the new market strategy and making agents to the foreign countries
Send business proposal and business emails to potential clients
Build relationships with prospective clients
Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Qualifications
Must have at least 1 year of experience in the Software industry business development field.
Should preferably be from a technical background (IT Industry), Knowledge of Popular Web Technologies used in Web Design & Web Application Development
Must have prior experience in software or Web Development Company.
Should have good experience in IT market digital business generation platform, Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Freelancer, Email marketing, Cold calling etc.
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
Skills Required:
Sound written & verbal communication in English.
Strong negotiation skills
Strong presentation skills
Must have experience for professional Email Writing.
Candidate should know to write proposals for projects
Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites
Should be comfortable in client interaction
Candidates should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly or quarterly targets
Basic Salary with Commission will be awarded, with different commission slabs as per the sales and target.
