Skills:

Ability to utilize a vast array of open-source Magento plug-ins to satisfy business feature enhancements and requirements
Professional Front-End / Back-End developers for Magento 2
Magento Certification is a huge plus
PHP , MYSQL, Java script
PHP certification is a big plus
Develop highly scalable systems using a variety of tools and languages and multiple open-source technologies
Define architectural improvements to our current tech stack and identify ongoing optimizations as it expands and becomes more complex
Hands-on expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS) AWS EC2, Auto scaling, RDS
You have a can do attitude and believe that anything is possible with the right focus and the right team
Constant learners: Youre always growing and love to keep up with the latest technologies, best practices and techniques
Passionate about technology with a sharp attention to detail

Requirements:

At least 2-3 years experience working in Magento development in either an eCommerce business or Agency
Working experience with the ecommerce development process, and the ability to create solutions for common questions/concerns on this type of platform
Design solutions and integrate with third-party systems including payment processing, shipping, affiliate marketing, email marketing, currency exchange, and product feeds
Experience working as part of a team software development effort and have ground-up tech stack design+build experience
Able to learn new tools and technologies quickly
Able to triage priorities and ship target deliverables on-time and on-spec
Able to manage time and juggle competing priorities while working with the wider team to accomplish business objectives
Hard-working and focused: you know what it means to get 'in the zone' and how to get there
Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
Familiar with SEO / SEM best practices
